Order Processing:
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Important Shipping Information:
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete, including any apartment or suite numbers if applicable.
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address, it will not be reshipped until the customer pays a new shipping fee.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service directly if the package is missing.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the postal service.
